You can’t stop it from going under, but perhaps you can delay the inevitable long enough to make yourself some real money! TIPS AND TRICKS: -Listing prices will fluctuate depending on Trends. Buy uptrending properties early to maximize profit, and avoid buying downtrending properties unless you can immediately sell them. -Properties in your inventory when the markets close will be sold for 80 percent of their Value automatically.
