Our Action

Recurring minor violations after receiving a written warning, or a major violation (f. ex. promoting piracy; selling)

Temporary ban from the forum or other GAMEFLIX service(s) or features (up to a month) and removal of the violating content. In some cases, a major violation may outright be met with a permanent ban from the forum or other GAMEFLIX service(s) or features or even a temporal or permanent GAMEFLIX account ban (f.ex. in case of threatening others)

Recurring violation after receiving a temporary ban

Permanent ban from GAMEFLIX service(s) or features or a permanent GAMEFLIX account ban and removal of the violating content

Violation of the law (f. ex. threats of violence; harassment; illicit usage of intellectual property)

Temporary (up to 3 months) or permanent ban from the forum or other GAMEFLIX services or features, a temporary (up to 3 months) or a permanent GAMEFLIX account ban, notification of the authorities and removal of the violating content
