LV-426 is a remake of an old first-person shooter game called 'Aliens'. The original game was developed by Software Studios and published by Electric Dreams in 1987 for the Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC, ZX Spectrum and MSX. The game is based on the second movie in the Alien movie series.

Contact is lost with the colonists on the planet LV-426. Ripley reluctantly agrees to accompany an elite squad of Space Marines to the distant planet to investigate the situation. On arrival they find an eerie, deserted base bearing signs of a savage struggle. It is your task to control her and the squad to penetrate the base and rescue the survivors, if there are any... The crew have set-up a Mobile Tactical Operations Bay (MTOB) in the Armoured Personnel Carrier, just outside the colony base.
